Get to know the Role:

Loyalty marketing is responsible for growing Grab rider loyalty by delivering customer value through highly competitive and relevant reward offers, essentially rewarding them every time they ride.

The successful candidate should possess a combination of consumer marketing and loyalty experience and will join the Regional Loyalty Marketing team to build a regionally scalable program.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Develop short and long-term loyalty program strategy to increase customer satisfaction and drive incremental transaction value on Grab.
  • Responsible for driving key marketing initiatives for loyalty program by developing Go-To-Market strategies for loyalty campaigns.

  • Lead communication of GrabRewards policy and process changes within the regional marketing organisation

  • Build and maintain customer loyalty across all business products and constantly improve customer experience and ensuring retention of customers

  • Keeping a pulse on all country loyalty communications to maintaining a consistent narrative in all loyalty communication pieces.

  • Custodian of the rewards catalogue, using data and customer insights to ensure a differentiated and compelling proposition through the catalogue.

  • Working with regional partnership team to manage ongoing relationship with key rewards partners, ensuring any committed marketing exposures are met and that their reward tracking is in place.

  • Work with Creative team for briefs and marketing communications requirements.

  • Track, report and analyse reward performance to keep a constant pulse of the program

  • Provide insights to drive the direction of reward offerings to ensure relevance to customer needs and wants.

  • Monitor and report loyalty program effectiveness for events, redemption, offerings, campaigns and partner feedback.

The must haves:

  • Passionate about Grab’s social mission and making a positive impact in the community

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years working on a sizable loyalty program

  • Highly organised, meticulous and systematic with a passion for process and efficiency

  • Experience with loyalty program or e-commerce operations and controls

  • A good bachelor’s degree.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

  • Experience with BI tools and analytics platforms is highly advantageous.
