Provide commercially-driven legal assistance to the operational needs of all transport-related business divisions and internal support functions in Singapore.
Advise on and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in Singapore
Work closely with other departments and contribute legal input to ensure smooth implementation of business initiatives and policies
Day-to-day Activities:
Provide timely feedback and advice on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues and questions raised by internal stakeholders
Review and/or draft agreements, letters and other legal documents as and when required and take part in negotiations with the counter party
Engage, liaise with and manage external counsels as the need arises
Assess and advise on potential legal and regulatory implications and exposure in proposed projects and initiatives
Legal documents filing and administration
The must haves:
Degree in law from reputable institution
Qualified to practice Singapore law
4-6 years PQE, including at least 3-4 years’ experience in general corporate and commercial legal role (private practice or in-house)
Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment
Ability to manage changing demands of internal clients
