Job requirement

Get to know the Role:

  • Handle a broad array of general corporate matters
  • Provide advice for a broad range of legal issues and projects
  • Having strong legal, analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Negotiating, drafting and advising on various commercial contracts related to company’s business
  • Supervising and coordinating with the external counsels to be in accordance with the company’s direction and/or strategies
  • Having awareness of legal as and commercial risks as well as the ability to balance such risks against business benefits, with appropriate mitigation measures taken
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate with others, both within and outside the legal team
  • Ability to do multiple-task
  • Creative thinking to contribute to the legal initiatives (e.g. risk management, training, standard contracts review, etc.) as assigned
  • Establishing and communicating best practices applicable to contracts, and other areas of legal risks management
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision


The day-to-day activities:

  • Contracts review and drafting
  • Providing legal advice and opinion on the spot over a variety of matters
  • Managing external counsels
  • Travel will be required


The must haves:

  • PQE 3-5 years
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in corporate drafting work
  • Preferably have litigation background
  • Knowledge of employment laws
  • Good attitude, willing to learn
