Job Summary:

Document release and control, maintain data in engineering system.

Responsibilities:

Follow up approval process of ISO9001 and Engineering documents (such as ECO, PR, TD, WI…etc.) and release approved documents to related departments timely.
Create and maintain engineering data (e.g.: EBOM, Project Code, HSF test report…etc.) in system per Engineer’s requisition form.
Create weekly report of data status per request from top management of Engineering.
