Get to know the Role:
As the Account Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Indonesia Business Development Manager and your team will be maintaining and growing the partnerships with companies large and small to enable our service across Indonesia.
The day-to-day activities (non-exhaustive):
Serve as a key member of the GrabWheels Business Development Team to maintain, nurture, and grow strategic partner accounts
Be the first contact point for strategic partners in the events of dissatisfactions, aftersale requests, and partner with Operations and Marketing team to deliver customized solutions that will enable growth of GrabWheels footprint with existing partners
Analyse data to identify trends to enhance our partner support processes and improve team efficiency
Lead strategic conversations with strategic partner’s Senior leadership team (Director to C-Level) and communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your client portfolio, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
Gather partner feedback to enhance the products and the customer experience
Deliver consultative support and up-to-date education on our GrabWheels products to the partners
Represent GrabWheels at conferences, events or through webinars
The must haves:
4-5 years of experience in Customer Service or Business Development
Proven ability to blend business, strategy, finance and legal concepts to lead complex, multi-faceted, win-win deals
Proven ability to lead sales teams that delivers against targets
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and effectively
Advanced and above in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
