Get to know the role:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage our corporate account portfolio and supervise our account executives team.For this role, strong communication skills, selling skill and a customer service attitude are essential. As an Account Manager you should also be results-driven and help us achieve our revenue target by managing well new and existing accounts.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Set and monitor sales targets, identify key potential area, set priority among customers and set approach strategies to achieve target;
  • Develop strong and long-term client relationships, act as the liaison between clients and account executives;
  • Supervise the account executives and representatives team and ensure deadlines are met;
  • Play a supporting role to Sales Managers in executing sales strategies, doing outreach to clients via cold calls/emails/meetings, timely follow ups, administrative work (contract drafting, coordination);
  • Be extremely organized, and bring a high level of attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and on multiple initiatives simultaneously;
  • Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff;
  • Check and report on the campaign's progress;
  • Manage the account's budget and invoicing clients;
  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.

Qualifications

  • University graduate in relevant fields;
  • Minimum 5-year experience in operations or post-sales environment.
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
