The day-to-day activities:

  • Define business development strategy for all merchants who are partnered with GrabPay by Moca services
  • Grow Merchant relationship & experiences to ensure GrabPay by Moca merchant’s business & happiness
  • Demonstrate strong analytical data to understand and grow business, further market potentials in the future.
  • Run promotion, campaign to grow according to Marketing / Growth department to push revenue and transaction of all merchants
  • Set up, manage & develop an account management team to ensure that the team will be able to meet team target.
    • Monitor the performance of your team and provide leadership and motivation through technical and commercial knowledge, communication transparency, having a healthy competitive mindset, and by acknowledging successes and failures accordingly.
    • Provide training, coaching, and support to your team to increase productivity, develop and build new and existing skill sets, contributing to the team’s ability to delivery results.
    • Proactively define KPI & method to lead account management team meet company growth direction
    • Identify monitoring methods to evaluate daily/month performance
  • Keep abreast of the market and industry situation and competitor activity in order to revise and develop strategies to meet market changes and merchants’ requirements;
  • Work with other teams within Grab to align on strategies that benefit Grab as a whole.

Key requirements:

  • At least 5 years of working experience on management role in the respective industry (Ecommerce / Start-up / F&B / etcs.)

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers

  • Vietnamese speaker with strong command of English.

  • Good command of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

  • Meticulous, organized, able to multitask and adapt quickly to all kinds of situations;
  • Team player with initiative and a strong sense of accountability towards internal and external stakeholders;
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, able to work independently and under pressure;
  • Able to work in dynamic and fast paced environment and to meet critical deadliness.
