Get to know the Role:
Support Commercial teams – Be a strong pillar for support for sales and client success teams and help them outserve our clients
The day-to-day activities:
Be extremely organized, and bring a high level of attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong user in data and adept in using tools for data analysis (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint), comfortable with data and able to do trend analysis (analysis trends and details). Sample of proposal is required.
Ensure accurate customer invoicing and handle customer escalation issues.
Weekly reporting and analysis for sales management and sales teams.
Post-sales support, including liaising with different teams.
Assist in on-boarding initiatives of new customers.
Contribute in customer success special projects to drive business growth.
Support team to meet quarterly ride targets & tracking of sales budget spend & business performance
Handling end-to-end client management, from pitching to reconciliation
Understanding client business process and do up-selling
Handling or marketing product to Non Jakarta area
The must haves:
Excellent people skills and experience working with multiple teams at once.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, where fluency in local languages required in business communications is a must and regional language proficiency is a plus.
Must have a can-do and optimistic attitude.
Looking to build a career and not just work 9-6.
Willing to travel to cities if required.
