As the Account Executive (AE) is responsible for managing the full sales cycle for independent and mid-tier B2B clients. This includes identifying needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals through a consultative approach. The AE will primarily handle independent F&B operators, boutique hotels, cafés, and specialty retailers, guiding them through their buyer journey on and off the B2B platform.
- Engage qualified leads from BDRs and inbound channels to conduct discovery calls.
- Understand client needs, product fit, and operational challenges.
- Develop and present proposals aligned with customer goals and budgets.
- Manage deals and stages through CRM and ensure smooth handoff to Customer Support Specialists.
- Maintain high follow-up discipline and periodic check-ins to support reorder and upsell opportunities.
- Support B2B Platform self-service clients with consultative insights where needed.
Experience 1-3 years in B2B Sales, preferably in culinary, hospitality, or premium goods industries.
Knowledge of the Hospitality, Beverage or Culinary industry is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
