Get to know the Role:
Responsible for design the improvement plan for all workshop partner and maintaining the relationship of all fleet partners to ensure that the fleets are performing to their very best standards
The day-to-day activities:
- Conduct Outsource workshop Audit and Evaluation
- Proposing workshop standard (system/process)
- Making Master Plan for Workshop improvement process; with clear key action & milestone
- Controlling the progress of each key action of improvement
- Making Workshop Score Card Management and visualization control
- Conduct Workshop training refer to Standard
- Dealing with top management at Workshop and provide regular reporting for Top Management
The must haves:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
- Experience as Head Automotive Supply Risk Management
- Have leadership , integrity and Humble
- Have sense of vehicle quality and its required standards
- Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Advanced and above in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Good communication in English
