Workforce Planning Manager

Job requirement

Workforce Planning Manager is responsible for optimizing labor force to compliment business requirements, provide guidance and support for department heads. Must understand forecasts and analytical reports and utilize these tools in managing a balance work schedule for employees. The ability to adapt and evolve based on changing circumstances of business. Look for efficiencies within the team and increasing productivity and labor utilization percentages. Continues to explore and interpret best practices that comply with local labor law.

  • Ability to delegate and manage daily operations, weekly rosters and monthly reports of department.
  • Assist departments to forecast and schedule effectively.
  • Leverage technology to efficiently optimize productivity.
  • Command ownership of time and attendance system and process.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders in the labor life cycle.
  • Give professional advice on labor resources management.
  • Create accountability for operational managers to schedule according to business demands.
  • Provide training, and regular reports to assist in managing the business units.
  • Ensure labor hour is optimized based on business trends.
  • Review and control Headcount to be in line with company business requirements.

Job requirement

  • Managerial experience in Workforce Planning. 
  • Knowledge of labor scheduling tool required. 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrates ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledgeable of applicable local regulations.
