Workforce Manager

IN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Lead a team that is responsible for headcount forecasting and staffing across workstreams in Operations and Sales

• Analyse demand and supply for resource planning, focusing on immediate and longer-term workforce needs.

• Manage and schedule incoming work, provide timelines and progress updates to stakeholders

• Manage worker journey from hiring to off-boarding, including management of vendor resources.

• Ensure capacity requirements are met, with excellent resource scheduling and execution.

• Informed by data, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the hiring process to drive improvements in the hiring process

• Based on the results of engagement surveys, identify ways to better engage and serve the needs of the workforce in order to increase motivation and reduce attrition

• Manage multiple vendor relationships

 AS OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU HAVE:

• At least 5 years of experience in the same capacity

• Experienced in the field of Resource Management (Demand and Supply) specifically in an Operations or  project delivery environment is a must

• Experienced in management of vendor resources, handling recruitment and addressing attrition. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
