Support and coordinate HRIS matters such as change request and issue resolution
Assist in the review, testing and implementation of the new Workday features to stay up-to-date on all Workday releases and fixes
Maintain Workday HCM system; serve as functional and technical expert
Perform system administration functions including business process configuration, complex report configuration, security, processing of EIBs, and interfaces
Identify opportunities and solutions for process automation to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness
Recommend process improvement and innovative solutions to issues
Provide timely and accurate advice; recommendation to stakeholders on HRIS queries
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation, and train user on new processes and functionality
Assist in the development of change management, communication and training plans
The must haves:
Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or related field of study
Workday HCM configuration experience
Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM and at least one of other functional area: Absence, Time
Tracking, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Learning or with studio integration experience
Experience in requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, design, test case creation
Must be detail oriented with high degree of accuracy and have the ability to thrive in a fast-
paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary
Possess strong interpersonal and communications skills
Self-motivated, good team player and able to work independently
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to fast-pace changes
