Job requirement

  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival; create strong guest relationships with incredible first experience at our property;
  • Assist guests and provide exceptional service which heightens the overall guest experience. Always thank guests for visiting us;
  • Hand out leaflets, inform guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation and areas of interest and activities; be the source of knowledge in all aspects of the property;
  • Resolve queries from guests and direct them as appropriate. Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Engineering, Reception, Housekeeping) as necessary;
  • Exhibit great patience and refer any complaints in a courteous manner to the designated manager of the day;
  • Report any feedback, incidents, accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions;
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals;
  • Conduct guests’ questionnaire and property tour (whenever applicable);
  • Assist Managers, Entertainment & Events in planning, execution and participation of entertainment programs, promotions and events;                         
  • Adhere to the Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct;
  • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per Department and Company standards;
  • Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards;
  • Participate in the Company recycling program and follow a strict discipline to reduce, re-use and recycle wherever possible;
  • Perform any other duties as required.
