Job requirement

  • Responsible for thoroughly testing the staging instances of multiple Magento 2 sites before deployment.
  • Involve detailed bug checking, effective communication, and meticulous documentation to ensure the quality and functionality of the websites.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and functionality expectations.
  • Test the staging instances of multiple Magento 2 sites based on the completed development work.
  • Conduct comprehensive bug checking, including functional testing, usability testing, and compatibility testing across different devices and browsers.
  • Verify the proper implementation of front-end design elements, responsiveness, and user interactions.
  • Document and report any bugs, defects, or issues encountered during testing in a clear and structured manner.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously identified bugs have been fixed and new features work as intended.
  • Perform performance testing and analyze the website's speed, stability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Maintain and update test plans, test cases, and testing documentation to reflect the evolving requirements and improvements.
  • Continuously enhance testing processes and methodologies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Job requirement

  • Proven experience as a Magento 2 Website Tester or similar role.
  • Knowledge of Magento 2 platform, including its architecture, features, and functionality.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively report bugs and issues to the development team.
  • Experience with documenting test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  • Good English reading and writing skills.
