Warehouse Supervisor Asst (Almond)

- Thực hiện việc kiểm tra nguyên liệu đầu vào (tên nguyên liệu/ mô tả nguyên liệu/ số lượng) theo yêu cầu nhập hàng / đơn hàng./Performing all inspections of incoming materials by comparing the material name/ description and quantity against company order/invoice.

- Sắp xếp vật tư, thành phẩm trong kho một cách khoa học, tránh gây nhầm lẫn, nhiễm lẫn nhau./Arrange materials / products stocked in WH in an efficient way avoiding confusion, cross contamination.

- Kiểm tra các chứng từ yêu cầu nhập / xuất hàng theo đúng quy định./ Check the documentation required input/ output of goods according to regulations.

- Nhận các chứng từ giao hàng, yêu cầu xuất hàng, lưu và chuyển cho bộ phận liên quan và kế toán theo quy định./Receiving of documents , requests of issue, filed and transferred to the relevant department and accounting.

- Đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn hàng hóa trong kho, báo cáo trưởng bộ phận kịp thời các sự cố để xử lý./ Ensure quality of goods in stock , Report to department head the incident to handle.

- Kết hợp với các tổ trưởng, giám sát sản xuất để hoàn thành các công việc được phân công./ Co-operate with team leader and production supervisor to complete other assigned works.

- Định kỳ hàng tháng kiểm tồn nhằm đảm bảo số liệu thực tế khớp với hệ thống./Monthly physical count to ensure data accuracy.

- Đảm bảo FIFO, hạn chế tồn kho, tất cả những vật tư và thành phẩm chứa trong kho có đầy đủ nhãn nhận dạng và không có hàng hết hạn sử dụng trong kho./Ensure FIFO, stock limit, and all materials/ products stocked in WH have label and not out of expiry date.

- Tuân thủ thời gian làm việc, nội quy công ty và các quy định khác tại nơi làm việc./ Compliance work time , company rules and other regulations in the workplace.

- Những công việc khác nếu được yêu cầu trong phạm vi công việc./Other assignments if required.

- Graduated from College, University in related field

- Good in English communication; SAP experience is preferred

- Behavioral Competencies: Teamwork with production and shipment team

- Good experience in Food manufacturing & Warehouse management

- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel)

- Work Experience: from 01 years in warehouse
