Job requirement

  • Quản lý và báo cáo hàng hóa kho theo hệ thống SAP, SML.
  • Manage goods anh stock report of SAP, SML data in gthe warehouse.
  • Tối ưu hóa chi phí lưu kho.
  • Optimize storage costs.
  • Quản lý số liệu nhập - xuất - tồn chính xác và kịp thời theo quy chuẩn và quy định của Công ty. Kiểm tra số lượng hàng hóa định kỳ.
  • Manage imput - exput - inventory data accurately and promptly according to the company's standards and regulations. Periodic physical stockcount.
  • Giám sát, đảm bảo hàng hóa được bảo quản tốt về chủng loại, số lượng và chất lượng.
  • Supervise, ensure that goods are well preserved in term of type, quantity and quality.
  • Sắp xếp và điều phối vận chuyển hàng hóa với các phòng ban liên quan.
  • Arrange and coordinate the transportation of goods with related departments.
  • Kiểm soát công việc xuất nhập hàng về mặt chứng từ, thời gian giao nhận hàng.
  • Control imput and output work in term of documents, delivery time.
  • Luân chuyển hàng hóa giữa các kho, tối ưu hóa diện tích kho, mặt hàng kho, kệ.
  • Rotate goods between warehouse, optimize warehouse area, warehouse floor space, rack.
  • Giám sát và quản lý nhóm cấp dưới bao gồm thực hiện hướng dẫn/ đào tạo trên công việc.
  • Supervise and manage subordinate staff including providing on-the-job guidance/ training.
  • Quản lý công nhân tuyệt đối tuân thủ nội quy lao động của Công ty, quy định an toàn của kho, quy định PCCC trong quá trình làm việc.
  • Manage workers to strictly comply with the Company's labor regulations, warehouse safety regulations, fire prevention and fighting regulations during work.
  • Phát hiện, báo cáo và xử lý các bất thường trong vận hành của bộ phận kho.
  • Detect, report and handle abnormalities in warehouse operations.

Job requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học với chuyên ngành Quản trị kinh doanh, Tài chính Marketing, Kinh tế kế hoạch và đầu tư hoặc các chuyên ngành có liên quan.
  • Graduated from University majoring in Business Administration, Marketing Finance, Plan and investment economics or related fields.
  • Có kinh nghiệm từ 1 - 3 năm ở vị trí tương đương.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Warehouse Staff.
  • Hiểu biết về các yêu cầu ISO9001 và IATF 16949 liên quan đến phạm vi kiểm soát quá trình.
  • Understanding of ISO9001 and IATF requirements related to the scope of the process control.
  • Cẩn thận trong công việc, làm việc chăm chỉ, lương thiện,...
  • Careful at work, hard working, honesty,...
  • Có thể giao tiếp được bằng Tiếng Anh ở mức khá.
  • A good command of English is required.
  • Thành thạo MS Office.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
