Job requirement

1. Warehouse Operation:

  • Control smooth of operation (on full, in time and correctly) of all warehousing manage system and process: spare part & equipment, stock control ...
  • Material master data and MRP control and maintain in accuracy and clean.
  • Analyzing as well as co-coordinating closely with all relevant stake holder to ensure adequate stock levels as well as optimize inventory reducing plan
  • Continuously improving storage condition as well as parts items quality’s insurance
  • Ensure physical stock taking with interested parties
  • Investigate and take action for controlling the risk as well as opportunity to continuously improvement: apply modern technology, new ideas/ concept if practicable in warehouse management
  • Budget expenditure in best cost

2. Leadership Activities:

  • Provide training / coaching/ inductions to staff to improve daily operation.
  • Build team spirit & trust as well as keep discipline
  • Successor planning in order to ensure the consistency human resource development for warehouse force
