• Control the receiving, handling, distribution, and storage of all products that come in and out of warehouses • Strictly control inventory levels in order to meet internal and external demand of product • Ensure that daily transport schedule is well planned and all purchase orders are delivered to customers in a timely manner by coordinating between warehouse team and customer service team. • Examine causes of lost or damaged shipments and other matters • Plan warehouse layout and space requirements in order to prevent loss or damage, and to achieve full warehouse optimization • Supervise facility design, improvements, and contracts, including real-estate transactions, leases, repairs, and design • Periodically conduct stock count, check inventory levels, supplies, or equipment to identify discrepancies between inventory records and actual data. • Prepare an annual budget or capital investment plan for warehousing functions across the organization • Maintain a safe working environment by developing enforcing corporate policies regarding security and safety • To establish and maintain a health and safety policies as well as WH SOP and ensure that all staffs fully understand and follow the requirements of the company. • Manage transportation team to make sure that the operation follows legal requirement such as transportation of dangerous and flammable goods. • Coordinate with other departments for the written off/disposal obsolete materials bi-yearly. • Set up KPI to implement and monitor performance metrics for shipping and receiving and delivery as well as non-conformant products • Lead, motivate and develop team-members, ensuring individual and group productivity • Manages work schedules, tracking attendance, reviewing hours reported, and creating payroll data
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related fields • At least 5 years of relevant warehouse management experience and 3 years of managerial level • Strong knowledge of inventory management processes and systems • Intermediate experience with Windows based applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. • Knowledge of ERP systems environment preferred • Fluency in spoken and written English
