Warehouse Customer Service Staff (Japanese Logistics Company)

Nhân viên giám sát

• Kiểm soát hoạt động an toàn tại nhà máy theo quy định của khách hàng.

• Điều phối hoạt động tại nhà máy

• Nhận kế hoạch từ Kho khách hàng: Điều phối di chuyển container ra/vào các cửa xuất nhập tại nhà máy.

• Điều phối Lái xe di chuyển Container an toàn giữa bãi đậu xe và khu vực kho.

• Hỗ trợ lái xe trong khu vực nhà máy (kèm theo danh sách kiểm tra).

• Hỗ trợ kiểm soát điểm mù và hướng dẫn lái xe di chuyển khi ra vào bãi đậu xe và khu vực kho.

• Giám sát lái xe thực hiện đúng tất cả các bước trong quá trình kết nối/ ngắt kết nối.

• Tháo/ lắp chốt chặn bánh xe rơ-mooc.

• Quay lên/xuống hoàn toàn chân chống của rơ-mooc.

• Giám sát và tuân thủ tất cả các quy định của công ty và các yêu cầu của khách hàng trong quá trình vận hành tại nhà máy.

• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý trực tiếp.

• Đảm bảo thực hiện các báo cáo liên quan đầy đủ và đúng hạn.

• Báo cáo cho Quản lý

• Chi tiết công việc được thảo luận kỹ hơn trong buổi phỏng vấn

Operation Staff

• Factory site safety controller under customer's regulation.

• Factory site operation controller

• Receiving Customer's Warehouse instruction: in/out factory docks.

• Moving between dock ~ parking.

• Factory site Driver supporter (with check list).

• Support blind spot & guidance driver to entry and exit the Dock & parking.

• Supervise the Driver to properly perform all steps of connecting/disconnecting flow.

• Remove/ Insert the wheel stoppers for the trailer wheel

• Fully rotating the trailer legs up/down.

• Monitor and comply with all company regulations and customer requirements during plant operations

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

• Ensure relevant reports are completed in full and on time.

• Report to Manager about complain of customers

• Detail of job will be discussed in the interview

- Candidate must possess Bachelor/ College Degree of International Business/ Foreign Trade/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Transportation or equivalent.
- 1-2 years experience in related field.

- Ability to work under pressure, high responsibility.

- Computer Skill, Time Management Skills.

- Working place: Vinh Long province

** Working shift: 

+ 07:30 - 16:30 (Shift 1)
+ 13:00 - 22:00 (Shift 2)
