As the "Senior Customer Service Executive", we are looking for:

Role & Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls, and tickets without compromising on service standards
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve + excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle disputes, complaints and provide appropriate, timely and realistic solutions within the time limits
  • Keep records of customer interactions and do reporting to supervisor
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Support Team leader build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

Requirements

  • Preferable 1 year of experience with e-commerce or logistics industry
  • Customer-first attitude and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Knowledge in courier service operations is an advantage. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team
  • Good level of computer literacy; Familiar with Zendesk platform.
  • Ability to adapt, prioritize and thrive in a fast moving environment
  • Prior experience with a start-up, customer service, good English will be a huge plus
