Experience:
- Own and ensure consistency of the brand’s visual identity across all channels (social media, website, lookbooks, campaigns, etc.).
- Develop visual concepts for photoshoots and videos, build moodboards, and collaborate closely with marketing, design, and production teams to bring ideas to life.
- Set up and style shoots, including layout, lighting, props, product styling, and visual composition to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Oversee and curate image selection, ensuring every published visual aligns with brand aesthetics and messaging.
- Act as the creative lead for fashion merchandise development, working with the design team to create products (apparel, accessories, etc.) that reflect the brand’s identity and direction.
- Stay updated with visual, fashion, and consumer trends to continually elevate the brand's creative output and product appeal.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a stylist, visual merchandiser, or in an art direction role in fashion, lifestyle, or creative agency settings.
- Strong visual sense with a keen eye for detail, composition, and color.
- Proficient in creating moodboards, and having basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communicator and team collaborator.
- Knowledge of fashion production processes, materials, and printing techniques is a strong advantage.
