Salary:
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
• Maintain strict confidentiality on all Company matters, including all other internal matters directed to the Head Office and Company branch managers;
• Provide full PA and secretarial assistance to the CEO, including preparation of correspondence, presentations, screening telephone calls, setting and organising appointments, travel arrangements, translations;
• Liaise with Department Heads and associates in relation to necessary follow-up on queries, deadlines and requests;
• Coordinate Monthly Management Report to ensure Regional deadlines are met.
• Prepare meeting agendas;
• Attend and transcribe minutes of Branch office meetings for distribution to Department Heads.
• Coordinate travel arrangement for CEO;
• Assist Department Heads with the preparation of correspondence in answer to Client queries and complaints;
• Represent the CEO’s Office at guest/staff functions as required;
• Assist in preparing the yearly Budget and Target documents;
• Monitor KPI reports;
• Comply with all Corporate and Company Standards and Procedures;
• Actively promote a work environment, which cares for Clients and associates alike;
• Conduct research on new Immigration destinations the Company will introduce on the market;
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Proactive, Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Impeccable written and oral communication skills
