Mức lương:
- Participate in programs and projects to upgrade / develop new products and services (including but not limited to relevant policies, regulations, professional processes), promotion programs and promotion sales to assess risks and frauds; propose solutions to minimize / prevent fraud that may arise;
- Monitoring and warning of high-risk transactions, suspicious transactions of frauds and frauds (performed by Customers and / or agents) in order to prevent and limit losses that may arise to Customers goods and for the Company;
- Receive and investigate fraud cases discovered during the daily monitoring process as well as reported from the units in the Company;
- Handle customer’s complain with fraud related during service using;
- Implement action plans to prevent and mitigate possible losses caused by fraud;
- Periodic report on fraud situation (internal and external).
- University degree or higher.
- At least 1 years’ experience as anti-fraud investigation specialist, anti-fraud call center operator or operational risk management in bank or finance company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Team player.
- Willing to learn.
