1、 Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
2、 Meeting planned sales goals.
3、Tracking sales goals and reporting results regularly；
4、Overseeing the market, investigate market problems and develop practical solutions;
5、Help to build the sales team and develop the sales team ability;
6、Develop the distribution system, manage the distrbutors, make reasonable sales plan with full considering of the situation of the distributor and the market;
7、Others designated by management
1、Educational requirements: Bachelors degree of full-time university or above,
2、Working experience: 5 years’ working experience or more in FMCG field, with experience of Ice Cream preferred .
3、Good communication skills and teamwork.
4、Fluent in English or Chinese;
5、With enough distributor and secondary distributor resources preferred.
6、Strong ability to learn, can accept new knowledge easily and carry out accordingly.
