- Film and produce videos for marketing content such as product showcases, branding, behind-the-scenes, interviews, vlogs, and post-production livestream materials.

- Edit short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Shopee) that align with the content and creative direction of the marketing team.

- Handle basic sound, color correction, and motion effects to deliver polished final products.

- Collaborate closely with content creators, media planners, and graphic designers to bring ideas to life based on each campaign brief.

- Organize and manage the video and image asset library.

- Proactively suggest creative or technical improvements to enhance video quality.
Chủ động đề xuất các ý tưởng sáng tạo hoặc cải tiến kỹ thuật nhằm nâng cao chất lượng video.

- Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in a similar role (or a portfolio showcasing relevant skills).
Tối thiểu 6 tháng đến 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương (hoặc có portfolio thể hiện kỹ năng liên quan).

- Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar. Knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
Thành thạo các phần mềm dựng video như Adobe Premiere, CapCut hoặc tương tự. Biết dùng After Effects là một lợi thế.

- Basic filming skills with camera or smartphone (understanding of lighting, composition, and framing).

- Good visual sense and understanding of viewer behavior on digital platforms.
