The day-to-day activities:

Manage Inventory & POSM:

  • Plan & follow uniform & POSM production for drivers to make sure timely supply & stock out.
  • Coordinate with procurement team to make sure the delivery time is followed up strictly
  • Follow stocked goods at Hubs & driver acquisition office & control goods rotation.
  • Inventory report & control the budget of uniforms for drivers.

Administration

  • Assist travel coordination, booking
  • Assist office supplies, tools ordering
  • Assist expense claims
  • Assist ad-hoc business-related questions and tasks

The must haves:

  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in administration or related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, cross function & matrix environment
  • Ability to adapt and work in challenging and dynamic environment
  • Ability to multi task and execute with speed
  • Excellent MS Office skills and computer literacy
  • Strong team player
  • Be able to work 48 hours/week
