- Develop relationship with large portfolio of sellers within category, as a main contact point for key sellers, to understand their business nature, sales performance, obstacles in running smooth operations as well as supporting them in problem solving
- Ensure KPIs are achieved: sales, assortments, price competitiveness and stock coverage (OOS rate) etc.
- Working closely with Category Managers and Key Account managers to identify potential sellers to become part of the Key Account portfolio
- Drive quarterly and yearly sales target at account level
- Establish seller’s community within category, coordinate with seller engagement team to set up seller events and community to share learnings and build relationship between sellers
- Work closely with Category Manager and Partner Support Team to identify and solve issues blocking seller performance
- Other tasks from the requirements of Line Manager
