VM is responsible to manage mainly but not limited to the BPOs (CE ID and Grab ID) and CE ID temps provider vendors performance, that includes to assist the implementation and onboarding process, and to support CE Ops team to monitor CE ID BPOs and Vendors quality and OKRs.
VM leads and supports the CE ID internal projects, engaging with CE regional team, other departments (including procurement, legal, POPS), and also external parties.
VM make sure that all CE ID EPRs raised in timely manner with zero tolerance to ATF (after the fact).
The day-to-day activities:
To monitor closely BPO’s and Vendor Provider’s OKRS and temps quality.
Engage with CE ID ops team and CE WFM (Work Force Management) to get the review and approval for the quarterly EPR forecast and monthly actual invoice from vendor.
Temps onboarding process assistance, including assuring the NDAs have been signed, registration on workday, system access and tools granting - on timely manner.
Provide weekly and monthly reports of EPRs, Invoice, and Temps number of each vendors.
Keep track of temps contract and make sure all contracts are established with compliant to Indonesian Labour Office regulation.
Raised all CE ID EPRs in timely manner with zero tolerance to ATF.
Involve in CE ID internal projects (leading or supporting) and make sure the projects are delivered as per CE ID objectives.
The must haves:
Min S1/Bacherlor’s Degree, preferably in Management.
Has at least 3-5 years working experience in similar areas (project management/vendor management/call centre operations).
Good in project management skill and have attention to details
Call centre ops experience is preferable
Familiar and good skill in Oracle
English fluent both in writing and verbal.
Excellent skill of Microsoft office apps and excel (pivot, vlookup).
