You'll be a champion of Grab's culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organizations and make sure intellectual rigour is applied on all people decisions.

Whether coaching our leaders on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues or managing programs that help develop our Grabbers, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help Grabbers understand how people decisions get made.
 

The day-to-day activities:

  • Ensure that all the governance surrounding External Workforce Management (EWM) are in place, in liaison with Legal and external counsel
  • Coordination and roll-out of rate card for contingent workers in partnership with Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • Coordination in between MSP and Hiring Managers and other SMEs to ensure Compliance Requirements are met    
  • Ensure data integrity of HRIS (Workday) and VMS (Vendor Management System)
  • Drive and ensure user adoption and compliance with the EWM Program
  • Act as first point of escalation for Contingent Workers and Hiring Managers on MSP performance
  • Support and manage audit around EWM and MSP
  • Manage communication and assist BPs, MSP, and leaders in the implementation phase of MSP and VMS
  • Ability to coordinate process and act as a SME for continuous process improvement
  • Assisting regarding supplier performance and hiring manager requirements
  • Check, upload and track invoices and approvals for payment in the VMS in partnership with MSP
  • Assure hiring manager satisfaction and resolve all local issues with MSP, hiring managers and agencies
  • Monitor successful achievement of local service level agreements,
  • Provide periodic program status reports to the Program Manager as required.


The must haves:

  • Must have experience in Vendor Management Service/Managed Service provider experience desirable
  • Past Exposure to Procurement desirable
  • Staffing industry experience desired but not required
  • Human Resources experience desired but not required
  • Ability to work with confidential issues
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbal, interpersonal, and in presentations in English
  • Able to interact and communicate with all levels of management and staff
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Excel and PowerPoint to analyze and present complex data
  • Detail oriented, critical thinker, problem solver
  • Good understanding of Financial data and invoicing
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with ability to lead colleagues and the client
