Job requirement

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with vendor for new hiring process in verticals that should align with user’s requirement and onboarding timeline. Document and monitor Vendor’s agreement period and coordinate with users for next action plan. Follow up invoicing administration of vendors in a timely manner. Maintain the data collection of vendors and outsource personnel such as the vendor agreement in place, SOW, outsource personnel agreement in place, and BPJS/mandatory health insurance of temps are in place. Report to Vendor Management Manager.


The must haves:

  • Min. S1/Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferable in Management or Economy.
  • Good in using Microsoft Office Applications such as Words, Excel, and PowerPoints.
  • Good in using English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Have a basic understanding in vendor management and project management.
  • Possess a good communication, interpersonal skill, and discipline.
  • Preferably have a 1 year working experience.
