Get to know the Role:
-Work hands-on with program and project managers, designers, executive leadership and subject matter experts to prioritize research opportunities.
-Conduct independent research on multiple user profiles such as drivers, passengers and other relevant verticals.
-Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations and persuade relevant teams to implement the recommended changes.
The day-to-day activities:
-Collect and analyse user behavior through experiments, benchmark studies, lab studies, surveys and other appropriate methodologies.
-Be willing to travel to key markets and co-ordinate with on ground staff to uncover insights from users belonging to other cultures.
-Set the tone for Kudo’s product content and drive the narratives across the product
-Work with design related jobs, including researchers, product managers, engineers, marketing and customer experiences to establish a consistent and unified voice of the product.
-Help to turn complex concepts into clear, concise, and indulging copy with things to consider such as; tone, clarity, and scannability.
-Responsible to write copy for Kudo’s product like headlines, body copy, call to action, navigation labels, error messages, onboarding process.
The must haves:
-Experienced in the same field at least 2 years
