1. Project Coordination & Strategy Development
Responsible for building the user operation system for the WhatsApp gaming platform, defining objectives and strategies for each stage of the user lifecycle (acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, re-engagement, and virality);
Develop and implement a VIP tiering model and differentiated, refined operation plans to enhance the lifetime value (LTV) of high-value gaming platform users.
2. User Engagement & Conversion Activation
Design and optimize content delivery rhythms for users of different tiers (e.g., holiday greetings, achievement celebrations, limited-time promotions, reactivation campaigns);
Improve WhatsApp message open rates, user interaction rates, and conversion rates.
3. Trust Building & Brand Maintenance
Establish a high-trust user service mechanism for the gaming platform, shaping the brand tone and persona, and strengthening emotional connections with core users
Handle negative user feedback, establish SOPs for risk control messaging, and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
4. User Growth & Virality
Design viral mechanisms leveraging social features (e.g., referral rewards, leaderboard competitions, team rewards) to promote user-driven growth; Collaborate with product and tech teams to optimize user journeys and improve the efficiency of user acquisition in private domains.
5. Data Analysis & Optimization
Monitor key user metrics on WhatsApp (such as retention, activity, and conversion rates), conduct A/B testing and post mortem reviews;
Refine user segmentation and promote automated, precision based operation.
