User Growth Specialist

User Growth Specialist II will responsible for developing and executing our growth strategy, encompassing both customer acquisition and retention marketing, customer lifetime cycle, customer lifetime value as well as manage cashflow of the running project.

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

• Support planning and execute user growth / promotion campaigns across multiple channels (digital, offline, social media, app push).
• Conduct A/B testing, optimize creatives, content, and distribution channels to maximize acquisition & retention results.
• Collaborate with Marketing (brand) and Product/Operation teams to ensure campaign execution.

2. CRM Operation & Optimization

• Manage and execute CRM campaigns via email, SMS, push notification, in-app messages.
• Build and maintain customer journey flows (onboarding, activation, reactivation, churn prevention).
• Set up trigger-based communications to improve retention, frequency, and CLV.
• Monitor effectiveness of loyalty/SkyPoint programs and propose improvements.

3. Reporting & Analysis

• Track and report campaign performance based on KPIs: CAC, CPI, Retention, DAU/MAU, LTV.
• Analyze conversion funnels, churn rate, cohorts to generate actionable insights.
• Provide insights and data to support Growth Manager in long-term strategy building.

4. Other tasks assigned by the BOM.

1. Education & Work Experience

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing / CRM / Performance Marketing.
• Experience with CRM & automation platforms (MoEngage, Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is preferred.

2. Skills & Personal Attributes

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Comfortable with data, analytics, CRM and loyalty programs coupled with creativity and a passion for branding.
• A hunger to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach.
