[Urgent] Chuyên Viên Đào Tạo Kỹ Năng Bán Hàng

• Planning budget for training PG & PG Team leader of MT channel by quarterly, annually in Hanoi and North.
• Training plan, in collaboration with departments to implement the Company's training activities.
• Provide selling tips and link-selling skills of new and existing products for PG to enhance sales performance.
• Frequent go site checking to ensure field coaching supporting sales strategies.
• Managing and developing training curriculum in accordance with staff needs.
• Directly involved in teaching selling skills & product knowledge.
• Proposing appropriate training programs to improve practical working skills for staff.
• Combining short-term training centers to organize training to improve skills for the management team.
• Monitoring, checking, evaluating and reporting on training results.
• Random field check, role play combine evaluating performance of PG in each region & special in activity campaign.
• Conducting surveys and analyzing training needs of sales department, especially MT channel.

Experience:

 - At least 03 years working in the field of training about selling skills; Coaching...of MT/Super market channel

-  Drectly teaching selling skills & product knowledge.

- Pedagogical skills & education

- Organization and planning capabilities

Official Education:

-  University Bachelor degree: major in BA, Pharmacy, HR...

-  Good MS office (especially PowerPoint)

-  Ability to think logically and handle situations well
