Take responsibility in leading project and ensuring the execution of planning strategies.
Plan capacity modules and schedules for production departments. Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
Drives down overall cost and enhance production quality for fulfill yearly cost & quality target.
Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications, coordinate with other departments to resolve production problem
Oversee Key Performance Metrics of the Department.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
At least 6 years in the role of Materials Planning, including 4 years in a management role.
Strong proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable company’s business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets.
Strong financial and analytical ability. Proficiency in managing business analytics to determine optimum company footprint.
Strong knowledge of international direct and indirect taxes as well as global customs regimes.
Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and management continuous productivity and cost reduction programs.
Fluent English communication and strong in leadership quality.
