Gather (Tracking) and process (Transfering) Payment requests daily from all departments according to company procedure;
Post remittance transaction on internet banking & send evidence to bank (if requested);
Support to issue red invoice to customers monthly.
Responsible for filing related accounting document;
Create/proceed partial accounting voucher on accounting software (Elsa).
Keep track vendor & customer contracts.
Other related task followed by Chief Accountant and Managers
Yêu cầu công việc
Graduated from University with main major of Finance or Accounting;
1-3 years working experience in similar position at FDI company, payment accountant in logistics company is preferable;
Basic skills of English ability (Both spoken and written);
Fluent skills of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Email Outlook and accounting software specially;
Be able to work independently and in group;
Honest, hard working, enthusiastic;
Priority for the candidate who can start work early
