Mô tả công việc

  • Gather (Tracking) and process (Transfering) Payment requests daily from all departments according to company procedure;
  • Post remittance transaction on internet banking & send evidence to bank (if requested);
  • Support to issue red invoice to customers monthly.
  • Responsible for filing related accounting document;
  • Create/proceed partial accounting voucher on accounting software (Elsa).
  • Keep track vendor & customer contracts.
  • Other related task followed by Chief Accountant and Managers

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Graduated from University with main major of Finance or Accounting;
  • 1-3 years working experience in similar position at FDI company, payment accountant in logistics company is preferable;
  • Basic skills of English ability (Both spoken and written);
  • Fluent skills of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Email Outlook and accounting software specially;
  • Be able to work independently and in group;
  • Honest, hard working, enthusiastic;
  • Priority for the candidate who can start work early
