Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý bền vững về môi trường trong chuỗi cung ứng của Fast Retailing từ công đoạn thu mua nguyên vật liệu đến sản xuất tại nhà máy, thực hiện các dự án và triển khai đến các nhà cung cấp toàn cầu. Đảm bảo chuỗi cung ứng minh bạch và trách nhiệm môi trường tốt nhất thế giới. Đảm bảo mục tiêu kết hợp giữa kinh doanh và phát triển bền vững.

DESCRIPTION / MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

1. Climate change

- Fast Retailing target carbon neutrality by 2050 and 20% reduction in CO2 emissions from manufacturing by 2030

- Together with Production department, we will verify progress in reduction plans at our suppliers and assist with related initiatives. Promote coal phase out and use of renewable energy in factories.

- Collaborate with external organizations to achieve the target.

1. Biến đổi khí hậu

- Mục tiêu của Fast Retailing: Đạt trung hòa Carbon vào năm 2050 và giảm 20% lượng khí thải CO2 từ sản xuất vào năm 2030.

- Phối hợp với Bộ phận Sản xuất để kiểm tra tiến độ các kế hoạch giảm phát thải tại nhà cung cấp và hỗ trợ các sáng kiến liên quan. Thúc đẩy loại bỏ than đá, và sử dụng năng lượng tái tạo tại nhà máy đối tác.

- Phối hợp với các đối tác, tổ chức thứ ba để đạt mục tiêu.

2. Vendor Environmental Evaluation

- Responsible for introducing environmental management Higg FEM project to our suppliers to ensure Fast Retailing’s minimum requirement and improve factory performance.

- Drive environmental actions in factories by following Fast Retailing directions such as chemical, waste, water management.

2. Đánh giá môi trường cho nhà cung cấp

- Chịu trách nhiệm triển khai dự án quản lý môi trường Higg FEM cho các nhà máy để đảm bảo đáp ứng yêu cầu tối thiểu của Fast Retailing và cải thiện hiệu suất nhà máy.

- Thúc đẩy các hoạt động bảo vệ môi trường tại các nhà máy bằng cách tuân thủ các định hướng của tập đoàn Fast Retailing như quản lý hóa chất, chất thải, nước.

3. Traceability

- Fast Retailing establish traceability management system in our supply chains, so together with Production department and third party, we visit Spinning mills and grasp traceability management system and improve together.

3. Truy xuất nguồn gốc

- Phối hợp với Bộ phận Sản xuất và bên thứ ba đến thăm các nhà máy kéo sợi để nắm bắt và cải thiện hệ thống quản lý truy xuất nguồn gốc được xây dựng bởi Fast Retailing.

4.Local water community projects

- Collaborate with local authorities and organizations to implement local water projects to support vulnerable communities.

4. Các dự án cộng đồng về nước sạch tại địa phương

- Phối hợp với chính quyền và các tổ chức địa phương để triển khai các dự án nước sạch tại địa phương nhằm hỗ trợ các cộng đồng đang gặp khó khăn.

To fulfill this job efficiently, please understand that this job will require:

• Business English is mandatory.
• Bachelor degree.
• Willing to have business trips (2-3-day trip, 2 times per month for business trips, 2-3 times per year for overseas meetings).
• Environmental-related majors (Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management) and the Apparel Industry are preferable. Other majors are also welcome (if you have experience).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills. Able to summarize complex situations/data into easily understandable materials, suggest solutions spontaneously and work independently to support the senior.

• Tiếng Anh trình độ giao tiếp kinh doanh.
• Tốt nghiệp với bằng Cử Nhân.
• Ưu tiên chuyên ngành liên quan đến môi trường (Kỹ sư môi trường, Quản lý môi trường) và ngành May mặc.
• Các chuyên ngành khác nếu có kinh nghiệm liên quan về môi trường.
• Đam mê thử thách, mong muốn tạo ra sự khác biệt theo triết lý của Tập đoàn Fast Retailing.
• Sẵn sàng đi công tác (2-3 ngày/lần, 2 lần/tháng ở Việt Nam/ Thái Lan / Campuchia; 2-3 lần/năm ở nước khác).
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt. Có khả năng tổng hợp tình huống / dữ liệu phức tạp thành tài liệu dễ hiểu.
• Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề, tư duy phản biện tốt.
• Có khả năng đề xuất giải pháp và làm việc độc lập.
• Kỹ năng máy tính tốt (ví dụ: MS Office).
