Employment Information

Job requirement

• Gather and analyze requirements from Product/BA to propose design solutions.

• Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups for web/app.

• Create UI Design according to brand identity standards.

• Conduct user research and improve UX based on data & feedback.

• Check the feasibility of the design, collaborate with Dev during the implementation process.

• Build and maintain the Design System, UI guidelines.

• Participate in proposing continuous improvements to user experience.

• Test the product after release to ensure it matches the design and optimizes UX.

Job requirement

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the UI/UX Designer position.

• A portfolio of products you have designed (required).

• Proficient in Figma (required), Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop.

• Understanding of UX architecture: User flow, IA, wireframing, prototyping.

• Familiar with modern UI/UX principles: color, typography, layout.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or ability to hand off to Dev is an advantage.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Communication, teamwork, and idea presentation skills.

• Graduated in Design, Multimedia Arts, IT, or related fields (not required if the portfolio is strong).
