Mô tả công việc

• UI / UX design for mobile and web-based software products, user interface design: menus, tabs, images, events, aesthetics and standard symbols.
• Comply with style standards for fonts, colors and images
• Analyze and evaluate customer experience to improve website, mobile application interface
• Research and apply new design trends into products
• Proposing UI / UX solutions for user-oriented application development projects, improve user experience
• Proposing ideas of improving products daily, weekly
• Work with IT Planning, PR, Marketing, other department to clear requirement design, improve web/app.
• Make scenario test, user guide document for product and service Online channel according to requirement design.
• Manage and support SMS & email system, design HTML email from business unit.
• Other support tasks assigned by the Manager.
• Report directly to E - Business manager

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in UI / UX design
• Understanding the principles of UI / UX design for mobile and web-based applications
• Understand about design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to solve creative and effective problems
• Having knowledge / experience HTML, CSS, JS is an advantage
• Having experience in business analysis & testing web/app is a plus
