Typist

• Prepare and format reports based on standard templates, laboratory data and customer specifications.
• Follow up on confirmed quotations.
• Send finalized reports to customers within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate and assist with invoice preparation and processing.
• Handle laboratory data management and sample storage tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Textile Technology, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of testing protocols and ISO/IEC 17025 standards is an advantage.
• Familiarity with laboratory or quality-related documentation is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand English documents effectively.
