XUẤT KHẨU: Theo dõi đơn hàng và xử lý vấn đề hàng hóa xuất khẩu/ Merchandiser & Handling export issue
Lên lịch kéo container rỗng & liên hệ đội vận tải để kéo container . Theo dõi tiến độ sản xuất và hàng tồn kho. Cập nhật lịch xuất cho đội sản xuất, đội SQE và khách hàng. Cập nhật tình hình kết quả pass hàng của khách / Make schedule for pick up empty containers and contact trucking team to pick up on time container. Update export schedule for production team, sqe team and customers.
Làm chứng từ submit cho forwarder / Making document for submit SI for forwarder.
Kiểm tra HS CODE,thiết lập và quản lý mã khai báo hải quan, thông tin hàng hóa để làm chứng từ gửi cho đội khai báo hải quan để làm tờ khai xuất khẩu, kiểm tra thông quan tờ khai (đơn đóng gói hàng hóa, hóa đơn, hợp đồng,..) / Check hs code, set up and manage customs declaration codes, product information to do making documents to send to the customs declaration team to make export declarations, check customs clearance of declarations (Pkl, Invoice, Contract,...). Checking clearance of customs form.
Thông báo và sắp xếp cho kho đóng hàng sớm hơn nếu hàng bị hải quan kiểm tra / Notify and arrange for the warehouse to loading the cargos sooner if the cargos are inspected by the customs.
Theo dõi tình hình đóng container. Kiểm tra container có thể bắt kịp chuyến tàu hay không / Follow loading status can catch up vessel or not.
Chuẩn bị chứng từ cho tài xế đi hạ container (PKL,VGM) / Preparing document for driver return off container for the ICD port
Xử lý các sự cố phát sinh như : Hàng sản xuất không kịp, kho đóng hàng không kịp, giấy tờ chuẩn bị cho tài xế đi hạ cảng bị sai,.....Handling arising problems such as: cargos can’t catch up on time due to production issue, warehouse cannot loading on time, documents prepared for the driver to go to the port are wrong, ......
Kiểm tra và xác nhận B.O.L cho Forwarder / Checking Bill of lading and confirm for Forwarder
Kiểm tra và xác nhận debit note cho forwarder và sắp xếp thanh toán / Checking and confirm debit note for forwarder and arrange payment on time
Dựa trên yêu cầu của khách hàng và chuẩn bị BOM và xử lý CO cho khách hàng / Based on customer requires and prepare BOM and handling CO for customer
Làm báo cáo đóng container và gửi báo cáo cho khách hàng / Making loading container picture and report send to customer.
Kiểm tra và đối chiếu công nợ hàng tháng / Check and reconcile monthly debt.
NHẬP KHẨU: Theo dõi đơn hàng và xử lý vấn đề hàng hóa nhập khẩu/Merchandiser & Handling import issue.
Quản lý và theo dõi tình hình hàng hóa nhập khẩu đầu vào (US,CN, Korea,...)/Manage and monitor the status of imported goods (US,CN,Korea,...)
Theo dõi lịch tàu, kế hoạch sản xuất, tình hình kho bãi / Monitor vessel schedules, production plans, and warehouse situation
Theo dõi tất cả chứng từ hàng hóa xuất nhập khẩu tại chỗ và làm việc với nhà cung cấp nội địa về các vướng mắc, sai sót của chứng từ, thực hiện tờ khai đối ứng / Monitor all import and export goods documents on site and work with domestic suppliers on problems and errors in documents, and make corresponding declarations.
Làm báo cáo chi tiết hàng hóa xuất nhập khẩu mỗi tuần, mỗi tháng / Make detailed reports on import and export goods every week and every month
Kiểm tra và đối chiếu công nợ hàng tháng /Check and reconcile monthly debt
Các nhiệm vụ khác / Other responsibilities: Kiểm tra tình trạng hệ thống camera giám sát & sổ bảo vệ ra vào cổng, Xử lý hàng hóa chuyển phát nhanh, Xử lý hàng hóa phế liệu, phế phẩm, Xử lý số liệu báo cáo quyết toán hải quan, Chuẩn bị chứng từ cho các đợt Audit của khách hàng / Check the surveillance camera system situation & gate security book, Handling express delivery goods, Handling scrap goods and waste products, Processing customs settlement report data, Prepare documents for customer audits.
