• Manage staff & services of security, Waste, Cleaning - Lanscape, Interior,...
• Work with relevant government agencies
• Make budget, check expense and control cost
• Training OJT for staff
• Manage KPI, IS, OHSAS of team
• Report to BOD, suggest solutions
• Evaluate service quality of Outsourcing vendors
• Collaborate with Cross-function team to solve the arising problem.
• Reporting to Department Chief and Korean Supervisors

• ​Male /Female 28 ~ 35 year olds 
• University Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Technical, Environment or relevant majors
• At least 6 ~12 years of experience in General Affair Management/ Administration Management
• Background of working in international companies is an advantage
• Good coomunication skills in English
