Manpower planning, develop, and implement strategies of human resources management and operations for the most effective business expansion;
Oversee the development and implementation of human resources policies, programs and services, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits system, performance evaluation system, training and development program, employee relations;
Ensure all HR related issues in compliance with the enterprise law, labor law and company charter;
Send offer letter for candidate;
Compensation & Benefits
Implement & ensure salary and other benefits of employees are fully implemented and on time;
Check & approve the table of PIT calculation (monthly & yearly) to ensure that PIT of employees is calculated accurately and submitted as instruction of Tax Department;
Follow up, check on the implementation of works and benefits of SI, HI, UI, health, accident for employees accurately on timely basic;
Recommend, advise Manager and Board of Directors to build the human resource policies, welfares appropriate with the company's business strategy applied at each stage of development of the company;
Human resources procedure management
Compose and maintain a system of regulations, procedures and forms applicable, regulations of human resource for company. Ensure that all matters related to human resource are in line with corporate law, labor law and company charter;
Organize the probationary performance evaluation; assess monthly and yearly achievement for employees;
Follow up and maintain the compliance of the employee discipline;
Follow up, review, and submit all decisions of human resource issued by the Board of Directors;
Follow up, review, and submit all reports about salary, human resource for internal and Government agencies;
Training
Develop and implement annual training and development plans aligned with business objectives;
Coordinate internal and external training programs; manage training schedules and materials;
Work with department heads to identify training needs and competency gaps;
Manage training budgets, records, and post-training evaluation reports;
Promote a culture of continuous learning and support internal knowledge sharing;
Other tasks
Answer, assist, explain the regulations of human resource works and wage labor for employees;
Follow up and update the laws and regulations on labor law, wage, PIT, etc…;
Review & submit reports about the state of foreign employees according to the regulations;
To advise the Board of Management and the Board of Directors in the work of HR;
Coordinate with other departments, units to deploy and implement approved resolutions and plans of the company;
Oversee and monitor all departments, units and staffs in implementing company’s policies and regulations;
Perform other tasks as assigned by BOMs;
· Tốt nghiệp đại học các chuyên ngành Quản trị Nhân sự, Luật, Quản trị Kinh doanh và các chuyên ngành có liên quan
Bachelor’s degree in Human resource management, Law, B.A and other majors related
· Trên 05 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương
Over 05 years experience at the same position
· Thông thạo tiếng Anh
English fluent
· Thành thạo Word, Excel, PowerPoint và email
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email
· Am hiểu tốt Luật lao động và các quy định của Pháp luật về lao động
Good understanding of Labor Law and other Law on labor
· Kỹ năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề

Prefer to have working experience in Insurance industry (Life & Non-life)
