Job Description

  • Being part of the Sales Management under Viet An Group, with full participation in the sales process and in regular contact with our clients for acquisition and sales.
  • Cooperating closely with the CEO / General Manager, both the creative teams in Hanoi, Da Nang and HCM offices, and the partners from other countries.
  • Cooperating with back office, admin, order follow up, logistics and government / partners / clients contact.
  • Responsible for managing all operations within a country as well as international business. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, and targets.
  • Agreeing with annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan
  • Deliver Weekly monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue, profits and achievement. Hence, produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree level or equivalent, preferably with Software / IT sales and marketing qualifications.
  • Strong understanding of how a business operates and successful candidates will have a proven track record demonstrating their understanding and business Operational.
  • General management experience is essential for working in this job.
  • Ability to work independently motivate self is a must
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Able to deliver the highest standards of customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including excellent time management and organizational skills, people management, leadership, and both written and verbal communication skills.
  • To effectively manage Sales and operations, needs to have the knowledge and experience of the sector their company operates within. They must fully understand software solutions related such as products and services provided by Viet An Group.
  • The drive to succeed, with perfect sense of service and eagerness to sell, is crucial for this role.
  • Adequate experience in Sales to government projects, partners’ as well as direct sales to end-users or similar.
  • Able to write and speak proficient Vietnamese, English (other languages would be a plus)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as sales manager in the industry of software or IT solutions.
  • Knowledge of the production, social compliance and QA & QC process in software production is an advantage.
  • A desire to evolve and grow within the company long term.
