• Manage, train, and support the team.
• Sell/trade ground/ whole pepper (other agri-products) to international customers.
• Develop and execute trading strategies to maximize profit while managing commercial risks.
• Collaborate closely with the factory to ensure product quality, specifications, and packaging meet customer demands.
• Collaborate with the factory and supply chain teams to coordinate the shipments.
• Visit the factory to oversee quality control before shipment dispatch.
• Evaluate market trends to diversify products and expand production.
• Participate in international trade fair and exhibitions.
• Build and maintain relationship with existing customers.
• Identify new customers, expand new markets, and achieve sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS

1. A strong business mindset and passion for sales, trading, or international commerce.
2. Atleast 4 years in international sales, including 2 years in a leadership role.
3. Team management, negotiation, market analysis.
4. Proactive, flexible, result-oriented, willing to travel domestically and internationally.
5. English skill - daily communication with international customers
6. Bachelor's degree in International Business, Economics, Trade, or related fields.
