Outbound Coordination:
- Coordinate with plant, terminals and warehouses’ production and logistic team to ensure product stocks and dispatch equipment availability to meet sale volume and inter unit product transferring.
- Initiate and communicate dispatch plan effectively.
2. Daily reporting:
- Summarize information from related sites (OLA, CCR, etc.)
- Check to validate information
- Consolidate reports
- Alert of situations: stock, increasing demand S&OP tasks supporting long queue at dispatch, delivery station, safety stock, etc.
- Update of base data for the reports
3. S&OP tasks supporting:
- Summarize information from related parties Manuf. – Commercial and Supply Chain
- Check to validate information
- Coordinate for better alignment with operation plan
- Working on related models
- Consolidate meeting presentation
- Alert of action-required situations
- Follow-up on related action plan from S&OP meeting
- Issue dispatch volume forecast
4. Vessel operation & efficiency:
- Summarize provided updates on operation/ energy consumption of each shipment by the cement vessels
- Provide in-depth analysis of vessel efficiency & productivity as required
- Alert of inefficient operations
5. Project management / implementation:
- Project assignments as required, particularly on Supply Chain system and technology
