Job requirement

  • Training technical to ASP/Dealers/CC
  • Communicate with Leader for control quality
  • Dealer support
  • Control WOs
  • Built and control quality report

1- Training technical to ASP/Dealers/CC

  • In charge training technical to ASP/Dealers/CC to improve repair & soft skills
  • Responsible for CC training, coordinate with technical team to reduce WO with instruction.

2- Support North ASP’s technical

Job requirement

Education & Languages

  • College/University graduation in the field of Technical or related

Experience

  • From 5-8 years of experience in troubleshooting & customer service

Technical skills

  • Preferably in consumer electronics product

Personal traits

  • Strong sales & business mindset
