Job requirement

*Objective:

Early Collections Support Team Leader will be responsible for managing Support team and following line manager’s assignation.

Assist Line Manager in terms of performing daily administrative tasks to support Early Collection team operate sufficiently to achieve company goals.

*Requirements:

Policy/ Procedure

Ensure to use, keep all equipment and item for the right working purposes

System/ Processes

Co-operate internally with other departments to solve any arising issues

System knowlegde in Customer Service, Call Center is a plus

Detect, investigate and report all fraudulent cases to Line manager in a timely manner

Operations

Support team member to make, summary reports to Line Manager

Communicate with others related departments to solve relevant issues for the smooth operation

Undertake other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Agree to work in shifts

People Management

Manage a group of people in admin, Auto Dial system (call center system)

Reporting

Support Unit Head/ Head for all administrative tasks related to EC Department

Job requirement

  • At least 03 years’ experience working in Admin position
  • Understanding of banking collection procedures is a plus
  • System knowlegde in Customer Service, Call Center is a plus
  • Good verbal & oral communication skill
  •  Interpersonal skill
  •  Time management skill
  •  Problem solving skill
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  •  Fluent in both Vietnamese & English
  •  Accuracy, pay attention on details
  •  Honesty, responsive to tasks
