Manage and organize the resources (workforce, material, equipment, machine, …) with alignment to the order schedule.
Responsible for production line activities during shifts to ensure productivity, quality and process standards are being followed
Make sure quality control method implementing well
Coaching team members and training new staff on working discipline, product requirements
Supervise and enhance the workmanship of operator
Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) standards.
Sustain and drive LEAN manufacturing and 5S activities.
College or University degree in related fields
At least 2 years working experience in the same position in manufacturing company
Experience with People Management and Process knowledge for related area
Understand 5S concept, experience in LEAN manufacturing & ERP/SAP system is preferred
Strong mindset with safety, quality, and target achievement
Strong communication, leadership, organizational and motivation skills.
Excellent problem solving, investigation skills, detail orientation
Must be able to use Microsoft Software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willing to working on shifts
